The 2010 Season has begun.

Practices are currently Monday, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Friday evenings.

• Under 8 Year Olds and 9-10 Year Olds practice from 6 until 7 PM.
• Swimmers 11 years and older practice from 7 until 8:30 PM.
• Polly Wogs will begin practice from 6 until 6:45 PM.

All practices are held at the Los Medanos College Pool.
